Custom Metal Stamping

Custom metal stamping is the manufacture of a metal part (clip, clamp, bracket, spring, washer, etc.) to unique specifications for a specific application.

As designers and engineers develop new products or new concepts for the products built by their companies, the process will often require the design of metal stampings that have a distinct structure and purpose. These newly designed metal stampings have unique bends, forms, material, and other special requirements that cannot be found as an “off the shelf” item so a custom metal stamping is needed.

Custom metal stamping is all we do. When we build a custom metal stamping die for a customer, that die belongs to our customer and will not be used to produce metal stampings for anyone else without the express written consent of our customer
